Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Highland Park, TX . This position is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about working with students to help them overe munication challenges and thrive in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and reports.
- Support students with speech and language goals, promoting their academic and social success.
Requirements :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Sciences and Disorders.Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (TX).ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required.Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required.Strong munication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families.Benefits :
