Overview of the Role :

Join our dynamic, physician-led team in Arlington, TX, as a Hospitalist - OB / GYN. This role is designed for experienced, board-certified OB / GYN Physicians eager to focus on high-quality patient care without the demands of on-call duties from home. You'll work only 6 days a month, enabling a perfect work-life balance. Engage in a stimulating environment where professional growth, advancement, and continuous education are prioritized.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional OB / GYN care as part of a dedicated team.
  • Collaborate with a skilled second OB / GYN during shifts for superior patient outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality in patient care practices.
  • Engage in departmental meetings and contribute to practice improvements.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

Requirements :

  • Board-certified OB / GYN with proven experience in patient care.
  • Commitment to working a minimum of six 24-hour in-house shifts per month.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong passion for patient-focused care.
  • Ability to start promptly, with bonus commitments available for one to three years.

  • Generous Start Date Bonus :

    • 50,000 for a three-year commitment

  • 30,000 for two years
  • 10,000 for one year
