We are excited to announce an opportunity for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our client's team in Columbus, OH. This contract-to-hire position offers a fantastic chance to grow within a supportive and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems.

Responsibilities :

Accurately process payroll for all employees using ADP, ensuring timely and precise payments.

Maintain and update payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally.

Prepare and submit detailed payroll reports to management.

Ensure correct calculation of wages, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.

Assist with year-end payroll activities, including the preparation and distribution of W-2 forms.

Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications :

At least 2 years of proven experience in payroll.

Proficiency in ADP payroll systems is preferred

Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
