Assist with daily tracking of shipments

Answer phones in a professional and helpful manner

Book LTL, TL and Airfreight shipments

Enter shipments into proprietary TMS

Retrieve charges from carriers via phone calls, or carrier websites

Assist with inventory control and fulfillment operation

Assist with overall daily operation
