Just Legal Search is partnered with a premier Connecticut based full service law firm, seeking to strengthen their Corporate practice based in Hartford.

The firm are seeking an Attorney with 6+ years experience in any of the following areas; M&A, Real Estate Finance, Corporate Finance Transactions, Commercial Lending or Capital Markets / Securities, to join the firm's Corporate group as a Senior Associate / Junior Partner.

While the firm's primary need is for an experienced transactional attorney to help service the firm's existing clients, a portable book of business is desirable.

This is a key strategic hiring for the Corporate group as part of the firm's ongoing succession planning, providing a clear progression pathway.

Base compensation $180k-$230k
