1st and 2nd Shift Available

A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Taking notes regarding the customer’s concerns
  • Quoting and selling estimates
  • Updating the customer as needed
  • Communication with the technicians
  • Creating RO’s based on the service / repairs the customer requests and approves

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Dependable, team player. Outgoing and friendly disposition
  • Neat and clean appearance
  • Ability to work well independently and in a fast paced team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and de-escalate upset customers
  • Professionally speak to customer representing the McCluskey Automotive in a positive way at all times
  • Superior attention to detail with impeccable time management skills and a passion for Customer Service
  • Must be reliable
