We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join a well-known, nationwide Mediterranean-inspired restaurant group. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with at least two years of experience to step into a leadership role in a high-energy, hospitality-driven environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, and is committed to delivering exceptional dishes while fostering a strong kitchen team.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and overall food preparation.
  • Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality and presentation standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in menu development, including creating and testing new Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
  • Monitor food costs and portion control to maintain profitability.
  • Lead by example, ensuring efficiency and professionalism during service.
  • Handle kitchen issues as they arise, including staff concerns and operational challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
