We are currently seeking a Delivery Coordinator at our Denver RDC located at 9400 E 46th Place Unit 100 Denver CO 80239

The Driver / Warehouse associate is responsible for the delivery of merchandise to and from customers, vendors, and other branches or locations, as directed, with the use of a company vehicle. This role processes, handles, ships, receives, transfers, stocks, picks, and pulls products for customers and vendors for all incoming or outgoing merchandise and freight. This role works in all departments within the warehouse related to product incoming and outgoing tasks. Additionally, this role is responsible for excellence in customer service, the proper use of company tools, vehicles, and equipment, as well as adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.

What you'll be doing :

  • Coordinate with various staff to provide accurate delivery windows and times throughout the day
  • Maintains the delivery boards, today, tomorrow and future, to make sure all deliveries are listed and scheduled
  • Compare invoice preview queue to delivery board twice daily.
  • Schedules drivers, trucks, and deliveries to ensure efficient delivery routes
  • Ensures all trucks are routed and loaded for the next day's delivery's
  • Supports the Customer Value Proposition by filling will call orders within 1 hour of order.
  • Adequately assists shipping, receiving, transfers, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to counter staff for processing.
  • Efficiently moves materials and items from receiving or transfer areas to shipping areas or stock locations as designated.
  • Accurately sorts and places product on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Responsible for properly inspecting all products handled for damage and properly notifying a supervisor in the event damaged product is found.
  • Responsible for inspecting all incoming freight for damage and for accuracy in quantities compared to the bill of lading and packing slips when required.
  • Responsible for promptly reporting inventory and location discrepancies.

What we need from you :

  • 2 or more years' experience with office, warehouse, and related functions.
  • Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
  • Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 words per minute.
  • 4 or more years' experience with office, warehouse, and related functions.
  • Minimum Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or its GED equivalent.
  • xEperience with driving, warehousing, and related functions.
  • Satisfactory DMV report plus driver insurability.
  • Demonstrates ability and willingness to safely operate warehouse equipment
  • Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
