The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Waterview Heights is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech

Position Type : Full-Time

Pay Range : 18 / HR- 22 / HR

We are seeking a dedicated Painter to join our team! If you have Painting Experience and a general maintenance knowledge, with a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • General Maintenance Tasks : Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including painting resident rooms and other areas.
  • Painting : Painting and up keep of the building.
  • Material Movement : Move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility as necessary.
  • Emergency Response : Be available to respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed.
  • Supervision : Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Painting and a general maintenance knowledge,
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs.
  • Work Schedule : Must be available to work one weekend per month.
  • Team Player : Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
  • Emergency Response : Willingness to respond to emergency calls as required.
