ABOUT THIS PHONE SALES JOB

As a Business Development Specialist, you're a key player in our continued success, creating sustainable and profitable pipelines to support our financial growth. Motivated to smash your goals and build lasting relationships, you speak with prospective clients over the phone and set sales appointments. You want our prospects to feel heard, and you effectively use our call scripts to guide your conversations. As you make outbound calls, you break the ice, offer great customer service, record information in our CRM, and inform clients about our products and services.

You're always aiming to improve, and you track your performance to ensure you meet goals and expectations. To strengthen your phone sales strategies, you participate in coaching opportunities and stay on top of the latest marketing trends. You maintain open communication lines between prospects and our company, staying involved throughout the client's journey to ensure total satisfaction!

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS

  • Motivation to meet targets and produce results
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills and an ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft programs, and a CRM
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High school diploma OR equivalent work experience
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds as well as load, transport, unload, and operate equipment safely
