Job description

Our client, a large telecom company in Dallas, is looking for a Bilingual Copywriter (English and Spanish) for a long-term fully onsite contract. In this position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing communications strategy for Hispanic audiences across all channels. You will be responsible for crafting compelling, culturally relevant copy that resonates with both enterprise decision-makers and everyday consumers. Your expertise in both English and Spanish will be instrumental in translating and adapting marketing materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across diverse audiences. You will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, marketing teams, creative agencies, project managers, and production teams to develop impactful messaging that aligns with brand objectives and audience expectations. This role requires a deep understanding of Hispanic and Latinx markets, along with a keen ability to adapt tone, voice, and messaging for various platforms and audiences.

This is a 2-year contract that requires 5-days / week onsite in Dallas.

Responsibilities :

Develop engaging, persuasive, and culturally relevant copy for Hispanic marketing initiatives across digital, print, social media, email, and other communication channels.

Translate and localize marketing materials from English to Spanish, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.

Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that effectively reach Hispanic and Latinx audiences.

Adapt messaging for different audience segments, ranging from corporate decision-makers to general consumers.

Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging guidelines, and cultural nuances.

Work with project managers and production teams to meet deadlines and execute campaigns seamlessly.

Conduct research on Hispanic market trends, language preferences, and consumer behavior to inform content strategy.

Edit and proofread Spanish-language content to maintain high-quality standards.

Provide creative input and insights to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns targeting Hispanic audiences.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines when creating bilingual content.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in copywriting, specifically targeting Hispanic or Latinx audiences.

Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Proven experience translating and localizing content for diverse Spanish-speaking demographics.

Strong understanding of Hispanic culture, consumer behavior, and linguistic nuances across different regions.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists, marketers, and agencies.

Ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging for different industries and audience segments.

Excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing skills in both languages.

Familiarity with SEO best practices for bilingual content.

Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand storytelling.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
