Starwood Custom Homes is looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury home projects across the Valley.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

As a Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring that each home is built to our high standards, stays on schedule, and exceeds client expectations. You’ll work closely with vendors, trade partners, and other Starwood team members to bring our clients’ dreams to life.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Project Oversight – Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring that homes are built on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control – Enforce Starwood’s high construction standards and ensure compliance with all building codes and inspections.
  • Scheduling & Coordination – Work with trade partners to maintain construction timelines and proactively work to address potential delays or challenges.
  • Plan Interpretation – Read, understand, and analyze plans to execute projects efficiently.
  • Communication – Serve as the key point of contact between the office, trade partners, and homeowners, ensuring smooth project execution while maintaining detailed project logs.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?

  • 10+ years of experience in luxury home building with a strong track record of overseeing luxury home builds.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills – You know how to manage teams and keep projects moving forward.
  • Strong attention to detail – You ensure top-notch craftsmanship in every phase of construction.
  • Uses technology to enhance efficiency in your day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to interpret construction plans with confidence.
  • A team player with a problem-solving mindset – You’re proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
