Lead our Value Consulting team : develop talent, establish methods, and manage internal partners.
Drive a higher volume of larger deal transactions to increase Enterprise market penetration.
Develop and deliver business case presentations that accelerate and / or expand opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models that justify strategic investment in Pendo.
Prepare compelling executive proposals to engage customers in long-term business relationships.
Become a business value subject matter expert in account planning sessions and quarterly business reviews.
Facilitate discovery sessions to identify business requirements and align our business value to address said requirements.
Array cross-functional internal account and executive teams to focus on business value as a primary driver for strategic opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of detailed business case development, financial analysis, ROI / TCO financial modeling, and executive storytelling experience
Executive experience managing, developing, and delivering enterprise consulting services
Strong experience in Value Advisory, Sales Consulting, and / or Management Consulting
Experience engaging with C-level executives and complex internal stakeholder groups
Strong skills in developing executive narrative slideware with inputs from internal stakeholders
Strong program management and communication skills
Presentation skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding
Experience in developing and growing C-Level relationships with an ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledge
Consultative skills, including issue diagnosis, unpacking, and advising on CXO-level challenges
