What you'll be doing…
- Overseeing the entire escrow process for commercial real estate transactions, ensuring adherence to all regulations and company policies.
- Preparing, reviewing, and interpreting escrow instructions, agreements, and documents.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely closings.
- Conducting comprehensive title searches and resolving any title issues that arise during the transaction process.
- Calculating and preparing closing statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Facilitating the disbursement of funds and distribution of documents according to the terms of the escrow agreement.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Escrow Officer or in a similar role within the commercial real estate industry.Strong understanding of commercial escrow procedures, title insurance, and real estate transactions.Proficiency in escrow software and other relevant technology.Experience with multi-state commercial transactions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to escrow and title processes.Notary public certification preferred.Interested?
