This is a unique opportunity to join our brand new Miami office! We have seen incredible success within our US recruitment teams operating from the UK, a huge 280% growth year on year. This office will have an exciting start up feel, with the backing of our global operations.

This is a sales driven, energetic position which requires motivation and determination. You will be able to write your own earning story through uncapped commission (OTE 30-40K year 1) and onwards to 6 figure salary earnings.

The Role

• Identifying leads and potential partnerships
• Sales, cold calling, client engagement and developing your client base
• Developing and maintaining partnerships with potential and existing clients
• Hitting targets and metrics
• Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
• Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
