  • Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to guide the planning, design, and execution of HVAC installations and upgrades.
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Regularly review project progress, addressing any challenges or obstacles and optimizing strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards to provide expert insights and guidance throughout project phases.
  • Lead project meetings, fostering clear communication among all stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Must be locally based in Riverside, CA.
  • Demonstrated stable work history.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in commercial HVAC project management.
  • Proficient technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
