Client Success Specialist - Business Renewals

We're seeking a dedicated Client Success Specialist to join our Business Renewals team and help our valued customers thrive.
Your Role : As a Client Success Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice and trusted resource for our existing clients. You'll ensure they have everything they need to keep their businesses running smoothly and compliantly. Your goal is to build lasting relationships and provide tailored solutions that meet each client's unique needs.

Your Key Responsibilities :
Proactively reach out to clients to discuss their business needs and renewal optionsProvide expert guidance on our services, including registration renewals and registered agent servicesListen to client concerns and work collaboratively to find solutionsEducate clients on the benefits of our products and servicesRespond promptly and professionally to client inquiriesContribute to a positive team environmentQualifications :
Proven track record of excellent customer serviceAt least one year of experience in a client-facing roleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build rapport and trust with clientsDetail-oriented with good problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)Available to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pmWhy Join Our Team :
