THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to join our Strategic Finance and Investor Relations team as a VP. This high-visibility role will drive critical financial and strategic initiatives that shape the organization's growth and investor engagement. The successful candidate will have a unique blend of banking, corporate finance, and strategy experience, coupled with a proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
This individual will report to the SVP of Strategic Finance and Head of Investor Relations and will play a critical role on the team. The group is responsible for communicating the firm's financial performance and strategy to external stakeholders, cultivating and deepening relationships with sell-side research analysts and institutional investors and developing financial strategies and driving corporate development initiatives. The role demands strong analytical capabilities, leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support corporate goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the SVP to develop and deliver key investor communications, including quarterly earnings materials, presentations, and annual reports.
Identify, evaluate, and execute corporate development opportunities, including M&A, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with finance, strategy, and operational teams to align initiatives with organizational goals.

SALARY RANGE
The full-time base salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - 161,000.00 USD a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
