Schnabel is looking for a Pile Driver to assist with the building of specialty underground structures. Our goal is to find a Pile Driver or Carpenter with experience in the successful installation of piles, walers, steel bracing, and other unique structural support methods for deep excavations. As a pile driver, you will assist our job site superintendent and project manager to ensure that we have a safely run and profitable project. You will be a leader on site and lead by example when it comes to production, safety culture, and the ability to follow a plan.

Job Responsibilities

• You will install piles, lagging, walers, braces, and more.
• Ability to follow and be held accountable for all of Schnabel’s and OSHA’s safety regulations
• Responsible for safe and proficient operation of welding equipment and surveying instruments
• Clean and maintain all assigned equipment
• Work closely with site leadership to ensure that scope of work is being met within a timely schedule
• Manage your scope of work appropriately to minimize job cost
• You will be responsible for layout

Qualifications

Pay will be based on local union wage scales.
