Overview of the Role
As an Education Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for our academic programs, while providing exceptional customer service and support to guide our women throughout their educational journey. This position is goal-driven and requires a proactive, flexible, and creative approach to meet enrollment targets.
Responsibilities :
Utilize various recruitment channels to identify potential students.
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, offering personalized support and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
Set enrollment targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them.
Demonstrate a strong customer service background, delivering exceptional service to all prospective students.
Embrace a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting strategies as needed to respond to changing circumstances.
Requirements :
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a phone-intensive customer service position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with the higher education industry and enrollment processes is a plus.
Genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and supporting students on their educational journey.
A self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
