This is a hands on maintenance position at a 200 unit property with guaranteed full-time hours. This position is open after a recent promotion! Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required :

• 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
• 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• CPO certification a plus but not required
• Boilers class 1, 2 or special is a plus but not required
• EPA certification a plus but not required
• A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED for all Techs
