Program Manager for DDA Providing Agency ( with clinical experience )

Requirements :

This is a full-time on-site role for a program director with a psychology, human services, or social worker background.

Responsibilities :

• The Program Director will be responsible for daily operations, program development, and management, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations for the company's DDA / Mental Health individuals.
• The program director will oversee and supervise a team of care staff to provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
• In addition, the program director will act as a liaison with families, providers, and community partners.
