What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll :

Assess and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility.

Develop and implement innovative therapy programs to meet patient needs.

Document patient progress and outcomes with accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with patients, families, and staff to provide exceptional care.

Supervise and mentor COTAs in accordance with state regulations.

Participate in the operation and success of the department.

What You'll Bring

A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy.

Graduation from a certified occupational therapy program.

Possess or be eligible for state licensure in Minnesota.

A passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence.
