Job descriptionPreparing financial reports, account reconciliation, help maintain the GL, assist with audit preparation, along with other duties as assigned. Help maintain fixed asset records in accordance with established standards, policies, and GAAP. Maintain a chart of accounts Prepare journal and post journal entries Maintaining and Reconciling balance sheet and GL accounts. Our client, a Private Equity backed Manufacturer in the Aerospace Industry located in Fort Lauderdale is looking for Senior Accountant to join their team. They are looking for someone with solid working knowledge of GAAP and strong financial analysis skills. The ideal candidate would have strong Excel skills, detail oriented, and highly organized.
What You Bring to the Table :
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong attention to detail along with good analytical skills
- Advanced Excel Skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)
- Strong in General Ledger Functions
- 3 - 5 years of Accounting Experience
