Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics and Experimentation Specialist with over 5 years of experience in analytics roles focused on solving marketing / product business issues, and who possesses strong expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and technical proficiency in SQL, Python or R, as well as data visualization tools like Tableau. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manipulating and analyzing large datasets, constructing data pipelines, and working with big data technologies on cloud platforms. The role involves driving strategy and insights across AI-native experiences, influencing business decisions at leadership levels, and managing multiple projects to deliver key solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and execute A / B and multivariate experiments to test hypotheses.

Analyze large complex datasets and construct ETL data pipelines leveraging big data technologies and cloud solutions.

Build ML models for personalization applications and analyze web analytics to optimize traffic patterns and conversion funnels.

Derive strategic insights and provide solutions to business problems through data storytelling, influencing decision-making at the leadership level.

Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, ensuring objectives and key deadlines are met.

Must-Have Skills :

Proficiency in SQL and Python / R for data analysis and model building.

Deep understanding of experimental design and A / B testing, including alternative methods like DiD and Synthetic control.

Strong experience in data visualization and manipulation of large datasets.

Industry Experience :

Extensive experience in web, product, marketing, or related analytics fields, especially those involving the use of big data technologies and cloud platforms.
