Grow your career as a successful Destination Services Associate within ALG Vacations. In this role, you will assist in the management of Destination Services for our customers, Travel Advisors, internal departments, and various Destination Management Companies (DMCs) worldwide. Working closely with the Destination Services Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining relationships with DMCs, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed expectations.

A successful Destination Services Associate will :

• Review rate and content changes from DMCs and hand off for implementation.
• Creating template for new product build.
• Assist Manager in preparing RFP, contract and training of new Destination Management Companies to meet ALGV standards.
• Sit in on scheduled calls between Manager and DMCs to build relationships, grow and develop.
• Support supervision of DMC performance, ensuring consistent and exceptional service delivery.
• Assist in monitoring DMC performance by collecting data from during and post travel complaints, analyze and report trends to Manager.
• Assist Manager in maintaining contracts and proof of liability insurance with all Destination Management Companies.
• Provide support as needed with non-standard events such as natural disasters and destination events.
• Monitor customer service trends in destinations and develop action plans when necessary to enhance service quality.
• Assist in development of SOP
• Ensure alignment and utilization of reporting and transmittal processes with DMCs for streamlined operations.
• Support internal teams with request for DMCs services for events such as Familiarization trips, business travel, social media & marketing events, annual conferences and more.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Build to ensure seamless experiences for our customers.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's core values in all aspects of the role.
