Job Title :  Compliance Coordinator

Location :  Miami / Doral, area

Type :   Onsite, 25 hours a week

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring compliance documents. Compiles and sorts of Panamanian Seaman book, endorsements for license and training certificates. Verifies status of team members to mail documents to the ships and overnight packages, as needed. Maintain spreadsheets in Excel and prepare reports. This position requires a high degree of attention paid to providing accurate, complete, and timely responses to the vessels.

Essential Functions :

  • Sorting documents and verifying status of team members in the system.
  • Preparing packages and emailing the ships.
  • Preparing logs for outbound and inbound documents.
  • Qualifications & Education :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have at least a minimum of one (1) year experience in a clerical position.
  • General computer knowledge, Outlook, Microsoft word and Excel.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Details oriented.
  • Able to work onsite in Doral.
  • Comfortable working part time hours.
  • Comfortable working a temporary position.
  • The hourly range for this role is $19.00 - $20.00 an hour, paid every Friday.
