Administration & Sales Support Assistant

Based in Woburn, Massachusetts – Full Time, Monday-Friday (On-site position at our Woburn facility)

Your Responsibilities :

  • General administration level support role, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Process quotes and purchase orders into Salesforce and Quickbooks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from agents, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate directly with our regional sales manager and sales agents when required.
  • Communicate updates for quotes and orders to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Offer feedback to the department head regarding service-related issues or customer concerns.
  • Enhance overall customer satisfaction through effective, clear communication both internally and externally.

Requirements :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Quickbooks.
  • Effective time management skills with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in business-to-business or manufacturing customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience with order processing in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to our industry is an advantage.
