Role Overview

As the VP of Engineering, you will set the technical vision, lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, and ensure the successful execution of our product roadmap. You will collaborate with leadership across Product, Design, and Business to drive innovation while maintaining scalability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and scale a top-tier engineering team.
  • Define and execute the technical strategy, aligning it with business goals.
  • Oversee the architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge, scalable, and secure software solutions.
  • Implement engineering best practices, including DevOps, security, and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven success in scaling and managing high-performance engineering teams.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, modern tech stacks, and software architecture.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI / CD best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering leaders.
