Job Description :
The Test Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all test equipment (M&TE), materials, and supplies. This role requires close collaboration with the Test Equipment team, Calibration Lab Technician, logistics team, customer service representatives, and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient shipping and receiving operations.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
- Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; help maintain shipping and warehouse supplies.
- Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Collaborate and communicate with test equipment team, logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Promptly unload trucks and deliveries and sort and stock receivables.
- Ensure all incoming deliveries match the company purchase order.
- Store, manage, and track company inventory using inventory management software (may include barcode scanners).
- Document and manage records of shipped and received goods, ensuring all documentation is submitted to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in inventory accuracy of test equipment across multiple sites.
Required Skills & Experience :
Proven experience in shipping and receiving.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lift heavy objects.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Required Education & Experience :
