Job description

Role Overview

The Associate Advisor will play a key role in supporting financial advisors, developing client relationships, and contributing to financial planning, investment research, and portfolio management . This position provides a hands-on experience with client engagement, plan development, and market analysis , offering a strong path to career growth in financial advising.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in client meetings , prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to ensure all client needs are met.

Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans , providing tailored solutions for clients.

Analyze client financial data and recommend appropriate investment and retirement strategies.

Conduct market research and investment analysis to provide insights to advisors and clients.

Maintain and strengthen client relationships , serving as a trusted point of contact.

Monitor client accounts to ensure alignment with financial objectives and risk tolerance.

Stay informed on industry trends, investment products, and regulatory changes , sharing insights with the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field .

Commitment to earning a CFP designation within 2-3 years .

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Series 7, 63, and / or 65 licenses

Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management .

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills .

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment .

Passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals and long-term success .
