Salesforce FSC / Contact center as a Service Architect

Raleigh, NC - Remote

Must have the following :

  • Salesforce FSC CRM experience
  • Migrating from MS Dynamics 365 to Salesforce
  • Contact Center as a Service experience (ideally Five9 but will take any major platform)

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Integration Architect to lead a migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This strategic role combines deep Salesforce expertise with contact center integration experience to deliver a seamless CRM transformation for the client's enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation strategy for migrating from MS Dynamics to Salesforce FSC
  • Design and oversee integration between Salesforce and Contact Center platforms
  • Develop migration frameworks and data mapping strategies
  • Create technical specifications and solution designs for complex integrations
  • Guide development teams on best practices and architectural standards
  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems
  • Establish governance frameworks for data quality and system performance
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders
  • Provide risk mitigation strategies and architectural oversight
  • Required Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
  • Proven experience migrating from MS Dynamics to Salesforce
  • Strong background in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
  • Experience integrating Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms
  • Enterprise architecture experience in financial services sector
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
  • Strong technical background in API integration patterns
  • Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Five9 platform experience
  • Salesforce Technical Architect certification
  • Experience with financial services compliance requirements
  • Background in agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience with middleware integration platforms
  • Technical Skills :

  • CCaaS platforms (Five9 preferred)
