Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management : Overseeing the electrical design from start to finish, ensuring projects meet client needs and industry standards.
  • Research & Design : Gathering and analyzing data to create effective project designs.
  • Field Work : Conducting inspections and measurements for both public and private clients.
  • Deliverables : Creating and reviewing project documents like device configurations and network diagrams.
  • Client Interaction : Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Quality Control : Ensuring the quality of designs and proposals.
  • Innovation : Using advanced tools like GIS and 3D scanning to enhance project outcomes.

Projects You'll Work On

  • Grid Modernization : Enhancing communication for grid operations to improve efficiency.
  • Networks : Building high-capacity data networks for utilities.
  • Renewable Energy : Connecting renewable energy sources to the grid.
  • Rural Broadband : Providing high-speed internet to rural areas.
  • Private LTE : Developing private networks for utilities.
  • Fiber Optics : Expanding fiber optic infrastructure.
  • Electric Vehicles : Supporting the transition to electric transportation.

    • Qualifications

  • Education : Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Experience : At least seven years in utility Networks, Integration, and Automation projects, with three years in project management.
  • Certifications : PE registration and PMP certification are preferred.
  • Skills : Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel : Ability to travel and a valid driver's license.
