We have an exciting opportunity for a Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team!
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Drive the full life cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, administering preemployment assessments, coordinating interviews, reference checking, presenting job offers to select and hire qualified job applicants for open positions.
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Utilize social media platforms and job boards to advertise job openings and engage with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and assists with writing job descriptions defining skills and competencies required for openings.
- Accurately track candidate progress within the Company's Applicant Tracking System and provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- Conduct background screenings, new hire on-boarding, and joining day orientations.
- Assist with reporting for key metrics to adjust recruiting timelines and procedures accordingly.
- Handle inquiries from applicants, hiring managers, and employees referring complex and / or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute other human resources functions as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management.
- Assist in performance management process.
- Assist in exit interviewing, reporting of trends.
- Assist in reporting of known employee relations topics.
- Assist is training of employees with pre-set trainings.
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Required Skills :
Proficiency in all MS Office applicationsProficient computer skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi task in a fast paced environmentAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentRequired Experience :
At least one year of experiencing doing researching or sourcing in a recruitment or staffing environment.At least of year of experience in a professional office environment preferably in HR.Experience utilizing online job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn and some Applicant Tracking System strongly preferred.Education :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field requiredWork Schedule :
