IT Support Specialist

job summary :

Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Help Desk Professional for an exciting opportunity in Greensboro, NC. This is a great opportunity to join an IT Support Team for one of the largest employers in the US.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of Help Desk experience supporting an enterprise client environment
• Solid customer service skillset, followed by exceptional troubleshooting skills and experience with basic end-user clients with Microsoft Windows 11.
• ServiceNow ticketing system experience is preferred
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is highly preferred
• 10AM - 7PM work shift

responsibilities :

This position performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users, remote end-users, and production lines. This position is for experienced first level (Help Desk) candidates. Attention to detail is a requirement. Service Now ticketing system experience is preferred.
