Duties and Responsibilities
As a key member of the Financial Aid Office, the Financial Aid Advisor is the initial point of contact for all new and continuing students, parents, and guests by answering phones and responding to e-mails.
Minimum Education and / or Work Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-3 years of customer service experience.

Computer Skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Internet and email applications. Experience with PeopleSoft and Department of Education systems (COD, NSLDS, etc) preferred.
