The ESIS Presentation and Proposal Designer is a self-starter with exceptional graphic design, project management, communication, messaging, and organizational skills. This individual will report to the Director, ESIS Marketing and Proposal Management, and should have a background in creative design work, specifically with sales pitch presentation decks or similar products.
Note : This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
The main responsibility of this role is to conceptualize, plan, and create effective designs for sales pitch presentations, client and broker meetings, and proposals. The candidate should be able to create cutting-edge, visually appealing presentations, strong sense of typography and infographics for external use, all while working with multiple teams and balancing various deadlines and priorities. Collaboration with sales, proposal team members, subject matter experts, and other internal stakeholders to meet externally imposed deadlines is critical to the success of this position.
The successful candidate will ensure that the final product promotes the ESIS brand through the creation of high-quality presentations and proposal elements. They must also effectively communicate the stakeholder vision and desired tone.

The pay range for the role is $60,000 to $99,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
