Maintenance Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor for a Steel Fabrication / Erection company in Southern Indiana. This DIRECT HIRE position is a 1st shift Monday-Friday 7a-3 : 30p and is an hourly position. Overtime is available. Pay starting at $80K. Must be able to plan, lead and manage team of maintenance technicians on various projects including major maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, process deviations and repair of all machinery.

• 5 to 10 years of supervising experience in maintenance or manufacturing field.
• 5 years' experience repairing CNC equipment PLC servo drivers, AC / DC drives and electronic boards.
• Must be able to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting using gauges, meters & P.C.
• Mechanical and Hydraulic repair skills
• Read, understand and use electrical schematics for troubleshooting
• Must have own hand tools.
• Valid driver's license and be able to operate ground carts and forklifts
• Management or Supervisory experience developing, implementing and enforcing personnel policies and procedures : evaluating employees and conducting performance reviews.
