As a Human Resources Law Lead for Product Lines - Managing Director or Executive Director in the HR Law Practice Group, you will work with Human Resources professionals, legal colleagues, control partner and business leaders to advise on the firm’s human capital strategies and work to improve the Human Resources function across the globe to deliver a first-rate employee experience. You will work with the Product Lines to understand the business case, anticipate risks, deliver solutions and imagine a better and more productive employee experience using data, digital, machine learning and analytics to promote decision making. You will be relied upon to offer wise counsel by being able to move between big picture and details and by engaging your HR Law, broader Legal department, compliance, control and other colleagues to make decisions.
