Clearings Assistant

A company is looking for an HHG Clearings / SIT Assistant responsible for scheduling drivers' routes and ensuring timely deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in scheduling loads for delivery and assigning them to drivers or carriers based on inventory levels and needsReconcile drivers' work to ensure completion as scheduled and update system orders and customer inventory as neededSupport ticket / data entry and record statistics and driver performance, while handling customer service overflow callsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED1+ year of relevant experience in the GHC / military move industry is preferredMust be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirementsProficient with basic computer skills and MS OfficeFormer Military Transportation / MilMove HHG experience is highly preferred
