Sleep Studio creates sleep and comfort-related products that help people energize their lives and get the deep, restful sleep necessary to get the most out of life.

The Amazon Specialist will be responsible for driving online sales, developing strategy, and managing agency relationships to continue the growth of our business.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

  • Create and modify product listings on Amazon as assigned, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and manage product page creative and copy.
  • Continuously monitor new competitor products and sellers in the market, staying informed about emerging trends and changes in the competitive landscape.
  • Own and develop the Amazon.com Seller relationship.
  • Liaison with various agencies.
  • Monitor analytical tools and platforms to achieve optimum results.
  • Develop and execute coupons and promotional campaigns and subsequently report on their performance.
  • Monitor and review customer feedback and reviews, promptly reporting matters requiring escalation.
  • Continuously monitor site for any listing or shipment issues and collaborate with the Amazon and our agencies to resolve issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • College degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in managing Amazon Seller
  • Experience with baby / juvenile products is a plus
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in utilizing relevant tools and technologies. (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point)
