We're seeking a passionate Software Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a talented team of full-stack engineers in delivering scalable, innovative solutions. In this role, you'll oversee a variety of impactful projects that shape our business and enhance the experiences of our customers. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on challenges, values continuous growth, and excels in nurturing talent within a collaborative, team-driven environment.

You'll have the chance to work across the entire technology stack-creating customer-focused user experiences, building scalable backend systems, and exploring cutting-edge technologies like large language models (LLMs) and AI. You'll gain experience in designing solutions that cater to the unique needs of our diverse user base. As Software Engineering Manager, you'll report directly to the CTO and play a key role in driving technical excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive clarity across the engineering team, product team, and other stakeholders
• Managing project timelines and helping keep projects on time
• Mentor engineers and helping to unblock development roadblocks
• Hands-on collaborative coding and participating in code reviews
• System design and architecture
• Developing and driving a positive and transparent culture
• Develop advanced algorithms and reasoning-proficient Large Language Models to deliver the integration of technology with legal expertise.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected region is $185,000-251,000 annually. Compensation may vary inside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
