A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist (OH License) to provide virtual mental health care to K-12 students.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to assigned studentsConduct initial mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plansCollaborate with care management teams and participate in clinical team activitiesRequired QualificationsActive and unrestricted license as a mental health therapist in Ohio and the state of residenceMinimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged childrenAbility to pass a fingerprint (FBI) criminal background check upon hireKnowledge of diagnosis, assessment practices, and treatment strategies for children's mental healthBilingual skills in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or others are a plus
