Job Summary : As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities :

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the database for future reference.
  • Provide customers with accurate product and service information.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
