Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding service to both our clients and the rest of our team. Candidates who possess strong problem-solving skills, are highly organized, and have a team-first mentality will excel in this role. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an important piece to our team that assists the sales team with opening, monitoring, and completing projects, communicates with clients regarding their orders, and collaborates with production to ensure accuracy and timeliness of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with sales team on opening, monitoring, and completing job tickets
  • Assist clients by providing product and industry information to ensure job accuracy
  • Follow and complete all client support strategies and initiatives
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and

current information to clients

  • Log, file, and complete post-project documents and proofs
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing an enjoyable experience and

    • build strong relationships

  • Document client interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries,

    • complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
  • A positive, up-beat attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Ability to work with various teams across the organization
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Must successfully pass background check and drug screening
