Shift - Day 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM)

Description :

• Must have CA LVN license in hand at time of submission
• Min 1 year LTAC or Acute / Sub Acute care experience required
• This is an LTC that runs like a LTACH; sub acute skilled nursing home
• Weekends required
• Vent, Trach, G-tube and bedside Dialysis experience required
• Very High Acuity patient population
• Operates like a Long Term Acute Care Hospital setting
• Adults Respircare
