Overnight IT Support Specialist

A company is looking for an Overnight IT Specialist to provide remote technical support during overnight hours.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform remote and local installations and upgrades of enterprise software and hardwareTroubleshoot user requests including hardware / software issues, software installations, password resets, and user account managementManage mobile device troubleshooting, setup, and MDM enrollment while documenting and escalating recurring issuesRequirements and QualificationsProven experience administering and troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 in a Microsoft Active Directory environmentExperience managing users and resources in Office 365Familiarity with troubleshooting TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, and VPN issuesExposure to SCCM and cloud-based architecture (Azure / Entra) is highly desiredExperience with Intune and Autopilot is preferred
