About the Position :

Hiring a Concrete Field Superintendent to manage the day-to-day construction activities, including supervising craft employees and subcontractors. Schedules field activities in coordination with the project schedule. Responsible for safety, production goals, quality control, and cost control.

Requirements :

• A four-year engineering degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of prior Superintendent experience in heavy civil and concrete construction.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, and methods), negotiations, engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety.
