Responsibilities

Position Summary :

  • Plans develops organizes and implements the administrative functions and evaluates the performance to improve the efficiency of healthcare administrative services.
  • Provides analysis of budgets project proposals and trends in multiple healthcare administration areas.
  • Participates in development of administrative policies and procedures tactical plans and programs for the healthcare facility.
  • Provides effective solutions to healthcare administrative challenges.

  • Qualifications

    Education and Experience :

  • Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience
  • Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), other credentials or credential modules may be required.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience in Cardiac ICU within an acute care setting.
