Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our team at Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships and social interactions.
- Plan and facilitate social activities for neighborhood residents, including events and outings.
- Assist with menu / snack selection and partner with the Service Associate to ensure adequate nutritional intake.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in resident rooms and neighborhoods.
